Celtic on striker hunt but Georgios Samaras set to leave - Evening Times | Sport | Editor's Picks
looks like Sammy is for the off. Doesn't like the terms of the deal and mentions the potential of him going to Lazio again. This is good because the big man can leave Celtic while he he's on the uptick and we can free up some wage money.

Ah well im sure we'll survive, Cant blame him for knocking it back if he was only offered 1 year extension. Thank you sammy and good luck.

What Sammy should realise is, if not for them 2 Hun goals, he wouldn't have even got this deal !!!!!!!!!!!!!!:50:
So, he should shut up & agree to this deal & prove himself over these coming 12 months to warrant a better & longer deal.
Hail Hail:shamrock: -
Keane and Huseklepp please then thank you

Spurs have knocked back all offers of a loan deal, and would probably want somewhere around the £7 million mark, which is probably too much for us.

Oh well, see yi big man.Cheers for that on the 2nd.And for your brilliant form for a few games in 2008,you had so much potential.

Good luck to him, him that's missing out at the end of the day.

Good. He provides too many consistent high and lows which as supporter is frustrating to watch. Im ging to be glad to see the back of him.

they shud give him 1 year, with the option of another or a trigger for the 2nd,
or the same sorta thing on a 2 year going to a third -
from the sounds of it, that's what's being offered and sammy big boots doesnae like it -
now that we drew the huns at ipox, wonder how this will effect sammy's negotiations

I'd be pretty miffed off we lost him. He's said he wants to play for us, so I'm pretty sure he'll stay.
