I've said this before he's good for morale, he's a welcoming and elder statesman at the club and he has got skills and offers something different up front, he's not the best but he's not the worst, so don't just punt him for the sake of it

Sammy's heart isnt in it on a good day never mind if he signs a pre-contract with anybody or has an verbal agreement to sign for somebody else at the end of the season.

It would be like carrying a passenger - cash in on him now.

I want him to go in this window, but funny how he's injured! He was immense in the old firm game, but we don't play that formation on a regular basis, especially with hooper back now it will be 4-4-2. If he played as well as he did in the old firm in every game id really want him to stay cause when he's good he's great and when he's bad, he is terrible and i sometimes think we would be better with one man less on the park. We definitely need to cash in on him now though. He's been pretty loyal to us and I have to give him credit for that. So all the best if you go Sammy!

I think he will coast into free agency. I think he will weigh his options in the summer.

 

No he wasn't.

He only played a handful of games in season 2007/2008 and he was a * embarrassment for about 5 months of season 2008/2009. He was one of the main culprits in us blowing 4IAR with his inability to hit a cow's * with a banjo and pea hearted performances.

The guy's a blouse and has no place in our first team or Scottish Football.
