    I suppose every player has their price, and if it's silly money being offered then I think Celtic would give them permission to speak to McGeady. He's the one player I'd be gutted if he left though.

    While I think Aiden is the jewel in the crown I still believe we would be crazy not to cash in on him. We have to understand our limitations and the money we could bring in from his sale could finance a solid team capable of * this league and doing reasonably well in Europe. Lets face it Aiden is head and shoulders above the rest around him and therefor in my opinion wasted in that team, for me, and it's only my opinion mind we would be better to cash in unless we can fill the team with players of similar calibre, and there is no chance of that.

    At least 15 million, as without Mcgeady we could struggle to win the league, if we win the league we could potentialy earn 10-12 million anyway in the champions league.Even if we do spend the money we get for him the players coming in may take time to settle in and we could fall further behind.

    For me if we are going to sell him it must be the summer when we can add the money we get for him to the money we will hopefully get from the champions league, plus the fact we will have more time to get players signed up in the summer.

    Honestly buddy Celtic taking 15 mill for him then adding 10 to 12 mill from qualifying from the champions league and putting it into a 27 mill tranfer budget is just mental, thats never gonna happen much as we all would love that its a non starter.
