Fully expecting us to concede a few I am afraid. We are not at the races defensively and European teams always play with a pace and technical composure we cannot deal with. None of the signings have improved our first team that I can see - maybe about the same level as before, but still feel Jota is a big loss and we will miss Starfelt's recovery pace. Left back again a GLARING weakness.

I wouldn't be shocked if it's Scales over Lagerbielke or Palma over Yang, but would go with that team. Rodgers does like the odd formation change curveball so could be a game to go to three defenders. -

Needs to be the team for me. Palma looks a potential match winner and we can't leave Maeda out. Hatate needs to start.
I think this will be extremely tough to be honest, they are an unbelievable side when in full flow. The fact their Mexican striker is out is giving me a bit of hope though.
Heart says 2-1 to us, head says the inverse. -
