City coming into this on a 10 game win streak under Guardiola... I seem to recall Barcelona coming into Paradise with a similar start under new management :86:

I think the big decisions for Brendan are the keeper, who will partner Toure and the striker. Perhaps Roberts or Forrest. Everything else I think should be as you were from today.

A better performance than against Barcelona is the expectation here. We can beat anyone at Celtic Park, but are very much in a transitional phase with Rodgers imposing his style and coaching methods on the players. Its a match where we will need to be a lot more solid defensively than in any game this season. Man City under Gaurdiola are now a real Champions League prospect and this is gonna be tough. The little things we did wrong against Killie will be pounced on, on Wed night. Slack passing, missing bouncing balls, sloppy kick outs from keeper. All these need to be cut out. We can win, and when the kick off goes, all Celtic fans there will think we will. A draw would be a great result, but all else... give us a good solid performance.
