Fad diet here I come, it only last 7 days, each day has a different set of things you can eat, but it says you can lose 10lb in 7 days!!!!
so day one (i started today) you are allowed cabbage soup, and fruit (except bananas), as much of the * stuff as you like, and thats what ive done, ate a whole pot of soup and peaches and apples and pineapple and grapes
and the only fluids are unsweetened tea, cranberry juice or water
if im honest i could murder a bit of toast but im determined to stick to it
do you think im off my head? have any of you tried it?
tomorrow i get to eat, cabbage soup and as many raw or cooked vegetables as i like :50: and as a reward im allowed a baked potato with butter at tea time :56:

cabbage soup gives you a lot of, ahem, gas angie. eating cabbage soup is no different to eating any other soup, its a horrible soup so just make a nice one instead, parsnip and ginger with courgette flowers?

I'd normally say you're crazy but I'm actually tempted to join you on it right now!
Although my friend is trying to talk me into going on some crazy lemonade diet or something that Beyonce apparently does, in comparison this seems pretty normal. -
cabbage is a big part of the detox, and it actually doesnt taste too bad, and i couldnt care less if i do a bit of pomping, if im pomping off 10 pounds!!!!
my mums doing it too and she hates cabbage so ive made her broccolli soup -
My sister tried a water and soup diet last weekend.
Took so much pleasure in constantly calling her a fat * it was quite disturbing *
* although she's skinny as * and I think she may be anorexic -

you'll loose a * load....then pile it back on x10...when you restart ordinary eating!!
happy x10 obese days ahead i think -
no * wonder if thats the way you speak to her -
The problem I have with these diets though, surely as soon as you come off it you'll just pile all the pounds on again?? I just don't see how I'd keep it off, after a week of eating nothing but soup and fruit I think I'd console myself by eating nothing but crap the next week. But that's just a matter of self-discipline lol

that would only be if i was starving myself, like when your ill and you dont eat, you put it straight back on when you start eating normally, but im not starving myself, im stuffed with the soup and the fruit!! -
but its not, yoyu eat friut and soup one day, soup and veg and potato the next, beef and tomatoes and soup another day, beef and veg another day, have a look at that link and the tabs at the top tell you all you need to know -

I worked with a girl who was on the cabbage soup diet, and she sounded like the London docks at Hogmanay. Farted like * she did.

I wouldn't recommend a diet, as celtboy said, you will lose a lot of weight quite fast, but then if you don't do anything and go back to your old eating habits you will just put on even more.
you have to change your eating habits completely. try to eat balanced and may be some exercises and you will be fine. -
