Scottish giants Celtic are ready to make a swoop for Rubin Kazan and Ghana international Wakaso Mubarak.
Africa Football Shop can exclusively reveal that talks are already underway between Wakaso’s representatives and Celtic to bring the Ghanaian to Glasgow.
It is understood that the lure of European football at Celtic Park will be a defining factor as clubs from Italy and Germany chase the Ghana star.
Wakaso, 24, moved to Russian club Rubin Kazan from Espanyol on the last day of the 2013 summer window for a fee reported to be in the region of 4 million Euros.
Rubin Kazan are prepared to listen to offers for the Ghana midfielder but it is understood that a loan deal could be an option for the Glasgow based club.
Wakaso was part of the Ghana squad at the World Cup in Brazil this summer and featured once from the substitutes bench.

Looks like another wide man from youtube

Powerful, fast can play on the left side or in the middle. Very aggresive and has the drive that Kayal had on his first season with us. Surprised if he's our target right enough

I'm sure he is fast...very fast. That's all I know and that he is also quite versatile. Another loan deal then maybe?
I'd still like to see us being linked with more strikers.
Also by the looks of it, last season he played the majority of his games for them on the right wing.

I would like this. I have a vague recollection of him being fast and versatile.
Can anyone shed any light on whether this is actually like or just crap? -

Remember him at villareal and espanol similar to Kayal a wee battler who is decent enough on the ball but wouldn't say he's much of a technical player
