Talks are already underway between Wakaso’s representatives and Celtic to bring the Ghanaian to Glasgow after a proposed move to Italy collapsed.

It is understood that the lure of European football at Celtic Park will be a defining factor as clubs from Italy and Germany chase the Ghana star.

Rubin Kazan are prepared to listen to offers for the Ghana midfielder but it is understood that a loan deal could be an option for the Glasgow based club.

people criticise tonevs signing because of his poor assist and goals record, yet get excited about this guy who's record is worse throw in to the mix the fact that he averages a yellow card almost every two games

unless one or two players are leaving, i dont see why we need this guy. we have around 6 players competing for the 3 advanced midfield positions, plus griffiths and pukki who seem to be getting played there too.

even if derk and forrest both got injured, we are more than covered in this area. without including rogic and mcgeouch who could at least cover in league/cup games

He's a decent player. I'd quite like him here. He's a grafter with a lot of pace who can get up and down the pitch quickly. He's not the most technical player out there but he's got character and determination and I think that's what we lack right now.

 

really? then someone at espanyol should have told him he was out of position when he was playing there for them

 

Wouldn't mind him here if he came here, I feel like with the way he plays in the aggressive nature he will be compared to Wanyama but he couldn't be anymore different.

 

Have heard we have applied for a work permit for this guy and should be issued no bother, loan deal until March 2015 (when russian league starts back) but have option of making it perm at anytime up until then for £3m.
