Let's try and get over that defeat in a positive fashion. Our story this season is so much bigger than today's event. Hopefully our players will do us proud and redeem themselves in our derby game.
Here's a good question, who'd you pick?
Who should we drop? Should we deselect guys like Hooper, despite them being undeniably talented players?
Also, what's the score? We been properly grounded now after that result, or do we still reckon we'll hammer them?

If we play like we can we will blitz them. I would drop stokes.

I would drop hooper and keep stokes upfront even after all the penalty * he looked far more lively imo hopefully pump that mob to make up for today :54:
-
Forster
Matthews Rogne Mulgrew Izaguirre
Forrest* Brown Wanyama Ledley
McCourt
Samaras
Yes, I would start McCourt and drop both Hooper and Stokes to the bench. It worked in the 2-0 New Year's game last year, McCourt playing just off of Samaras.
As I've said in the match thread, neither of our two front men are on top of their game right now and that was proven today, with the amount of chances they squandered.
*Forrest playing obviously depends on how he is after today. -
-
Forster, Matthews, Rogne, Mulgrew, Ledley, Forrest, Brown, Wanyama, Ki, Commons, Samaras. 0-2 Celtic samaras and commons with the goals.
-
Forster
Matthews - Rogne - Wanyama - Mulgrew
Broony - Ledley - Ki - Mcgeouch - Forrest
Samaras
No hooper or Stokes for me, If forrest cant make it then Commons. -
Stokes and hooper were equally * today, so the only reason i would drop stokes is because i think hoopers a more clinical finisher andnhes done the business against them before.
-
I want to absolutely destroy these *!
-
I'd go with:
Forster
Matthews, Rogne, Mulgrew, Izaguirre*
Wanyama
Brown, Ki, Ledley, Commons
McCourt
Hooper
*Not sure if Izzy will be ready for the game. If not, put Ledley in his position, slot Brown in at CM and put Forrest on.

This simply can't come quick enough. I just want to forget all about this day and absolutely steamroller these *. Makes me so angry that we need to wait another seven long days :31:

Forrest, I'd leave on the bench until June. -
Also, lots of time on the training field. Complacency cannot be tolerated at a club like Celtic. Simply unacceptable! -
Changes must be made.
Hooper has been off the boil for a good while now.
Stokes never usually plays anyway.
Forrest needs a rest.
I would go
Forrest
Matthews Rogne Mulgrew Izaguirre
Brown Ki Wanyama Ledley Commons
Samaras
It will be a battle, we have seen how dirty they play when they actually have something to play for. I think they will be much worse.
The only good thing that can come out of today is if we come out all guns blazing against them. -
