    On ssn app now. Saying the may report the incident to uefa because his representatives said he would report to Levante training on Monday. Can we get in trouble for this!?

    It was mentioned on Saturday night by Graham Hunter that they would look to take action against those who claimed to be his "representatives". They also indicated that no action would be taken against Celtic.

    Its just the case that they`ve been mislead by some person/s.

    Nothing to do with us. Apparently Levante had an agreement with one of Lassad's representatives but Lassad hadn't actually signed anything and we were in fact in touch with his proper agent.

    Can't see why Celtic would be punished.

    We've nothing to worry about. If Levante were foolish enough to deal with someone claiming to be his agent then more fool them for not checking the facts before making announcements on their own website.

    It doesn't look like they have a case at all but if they do it's against the player and his "representatives", not against us. I'd expect they'll consult legal advisors and then drop the protest, but obviously we can only speculate as we don't know who said what to whom

    This is the fallout of having a whole hoachin shower of "agents", leeches, middlemen, hangers-on and general *-biscuits surrounding football players.

    FIFA should stipulate that each player may only have one representative mandated to negotiate on his behalf, and that he must come from a pool of accredited and licensed operators.

    Having said that, if Levante try to contest the actual transfer, then we should fart in their general direction, because they are offspring of the hamster and the elderberry. :50:

    There is not even a suggestion that he signed anything, so their only redress would be against his "representative".

    I predict the only meaningful fact to emerge from this furore will be that Levante's chairman turns out to have a smaller-than-usual *.
