Me and the old man just booked flights for £90 return each from Gatwick. First away trip to watch the Hoops so got a few questions hopefully some of you can answer. What's our chances of getting tickets in Inter end? What's our chances of getting tickets in Celtic end? Roughly how much will tickets be in either end?
Cheers folks.

only fans who attended europa games qualify for tickets for inter milan.
would keep away from the home end. -
Me and my wife will fly to Milan and the game from Sweden. Wont get tickets to the Celtic end obviously but will try to get tickets near the Celtic end. Not very afraid to sit in the home end. Just behave yourself and you will be fine.
You will get tickets to the game. It will not sell out. Maybe even get tickets in the Celtic end if you wait and buy from other Celtic fans on matchday. There is always someone selling tickets outside.
When we went to the CL game against Benfica in nov. 2012 in Lisbon we had tickets in the home end but when we showed up with Celtics scarves they directed us to the Celtic end and we sat there even though our tickets were somewhere else in the stadium. Hopefully it will be the same in Milan.
Any advice on hotels?

This won't be sold out. Beware of overpriced tickets on travel websites.
Last time I have been to Milan I just went straight to the away section - even though I had a ticket for the home end. no one cared at all. -

I doubt very much if demand will outstrip supply for our end. Plenty to go around.

They had only 14k for their last Europa League game so even with a bigger away support I doubt there will be much more than 30k for this, crowds are in big decline in the San Siro in general.
I watch Milan-Napoli last night which was always one of the big big games and it was less than half full.
In Italy behind the goal seats are always cheap but down the side they can be very pricey.
As someone said irrespective of where your ticket is for you should be able to just pile in the away end.
Hopefully that will be the bottom tier behind the goal and not the top one which is occasionally given to away teams, the view up there is awful, a bit like Barcelona.
Duomo will be the logical place to congregate, as per another thread there isn't much else in Milan bar this part of the city -
Fingers crossed it's a night to remember! -

Booked up the hotel terminal 500 meters from city centre at just under 50 each with breakfast for 2 days wed-Fri..
Doing trains now at 150 Wednesday morning in at 6 that evening and sleeper back Friday night, sweet.. -
Flying from Manchester on the Wednesday and returning Saturday evening, staying at Hotel Monopole opposite the Central Station. Tickets for this game shouldn't be a problem, I'm not a season card holder myself but I don't see any trouble getting one for the away section, there will be plenty of spares knocking about...

On the bright side booked up Thursday :50:

Turn up at the stadium an hour before the game with some photo ID and you will get tickets no problem but not in the away end .
I did that last season in the CL game away to AC and got tickets in the main stand behind the dug outs for 45 Euros . Great atmosphere and no hassle from the Italians .
Turn up at the Doumo three hours before the game and the Celtic support will be there then just follow the crowds on the underground to the San Siro . -

Flights and hotel are booked for this game. Still hoping to get some tickets in the Celtic end one way or another. Hopefuly we will have something to play for after the home leg, but it should be a good trip regardless.

I'm sure they are or will be selling away end tickets on the Inter website I read somewhere the other day
However they are in the 3rd Tier which are the worst seats in the ground and better seats can also be had if you don't feel it's compulsory to go in the away end -

Glamour tie, over 2 months for people to get sorted for money as opposed to sometimes a fortnight, good chances of tickets for all.. -
Charlie & The Bhoys will play at the Limelight the night before the game.
What a party this will be!
Anyone know exactly what sectors Celtic fans will be?
