dealings with some of the guys at Celtic is accurate, and given the effort made by Strachan to sign up a lot of those who are talking, I would have to think that last season's troubles go a lot deeper that I thought. I mean it is a bit strange to me as to why he should go for Flood, Killen, and Robson, he never seemed to be overly keen on them when he was here. As well as that, I don't think Caldwell is gonna set the heather alight in the Premier league. Seems to me like we are hearing a lot of sour grapes just now and I am glad that the stalls have been cleared as Mowbray brings in his own men. Think McDonald is not indispensible either and he would need to start to toe the line when he gets back. Is it my imagination or does he not get along well with the other strikers/forwards in the squad? Wonder who the additional fire power is gonna be???

remember Strachan more or less did the same thing, rooted out elements at Celtic who clearly were not going to toe the new line which was fair enough; i.e Sutton, Agathe, Thompson were all sent packing fairly quickly so its not too suprising that Mogga is doing the same thing; i firmly believe Mogga is building us a good side and although there might be short term pain, i think in the long run we are in a decent position
-
Robson yes but dodgy, his legs are gone but he will give 110% when your already beat and thats hard to find plus he is a decent player.
Caldwell has been shoocking this year but............ i'd still rate him as one of our best defenders, can we afford to weaken this defence for the sake of 1mil i'd say no. -

He lost the dressing room by saying he would replace atleast 10 of the players or more in jan if he could .Top class managers dont do that and deffo not the press the guys a clown , and should keep that inhouse , you dont see, Wenger ,Fergie etc doing it .

BBC is saying it like it's official and that he intends to bring in 10 new players is this true?. I thought we had no money

I dont think he has lost the dressing room because saying that is more a kick up the *, and that was needed. Players should be aiming to impress rather than going in a cream puff. -
the fact is mowbrays trying to build a team and he has identified people who are not in his plans, therefore they need to go. strachan had too many guys in the squad who were never good enough(killen, flood, sheridan, mark brown). you want a squad with guys that can come in when needed and do the job.the only one im surprised at is robson would have kept him till the end of the season with brown and nguemo out. but i for one am glad we are gettin rid of dead wood whether they are happy i couldnt give a flying
