So many memories of the great man, cant post videos cause im on my phone but the ones that ill always remember are the goal against boavista,THAT goal against the huns, getting the first goal on the last day of the season to stop the 10 theres way too many too list but the 1 that i will never ever forget is meeting him,hes an absolute legend, like we all knew already,he took so ages to try and make sure as many people as possible got the picture and autograph they wanted. Those 2 minutes i got to talk to him after getting my picture with him before i was pushed away by fans and security will live with me forever :shamrock:

i remember greeting my eyes out to watching this interview, what a man.

shows how much he loved the club, and wasn't one of the people who think they're too big for the club... the fact that he stayed here for as long as he did, shows that too..

don't think i'll ever love a celtic player as much as this man.

Me too. I was at the Phil O'Donnell game and to see him score again was immense

Henrik was not my personal all time hero at Celtic but he came very close......a true Celtic legend. Met him once at CP. Although it was pishing down with rain he took time to speak to my wee girl. He is very much missed and i for one hope he comes back soon to see us.

Only Number 3 on my list of all-time favourite Celtic players but without doubt THE best player I have ever seen play for Celtic.

True gentleman and role model,he's an absoloute credit to his family and country. My favourite sportsman and best Celtic player I've ever seen.
It is not a coincidence we won 9-0 and got to hear the Magnificent 7 played again when he was back.G.B.H.L

My favourite ever footballer, without a doubt. That interview after his last game still gives me a lump in my throat. Most people believe he was good enough to play for any club in in the world at that time. The loyalty he showed towards the club is so hard to come by, especially these days.

You could probably right a novel about the amount of things that were so great about Henrik Larsson, the amount of things that still are and the amazing memories he's left every single person lucky enough to have seen him at Celtic. Henrik Larsson is the king of kings.

Best memory is when I saw him for the 1st time about 10 years ago when I would have been about 10, against Dunfermline at East End Park. I was sitting with my Grandpa in the Dunfermline stands as he was living next to the stadium and had a season ticket (although he is a Rangers fan at heart :D). We beat them 3 - 1 if my memory serves me right, Larsson got 1 and totally made the day so special!

we called him Neneh Cherry at first after the Hibs game, but by golly did he make up for that mistake

quite simply the greatest player I have ever seen wear the hoops and we will never see his likes again, when he left it felt like a death in the family (given recent events in my life, I do not make that statement lightly)

just a fantastic player who loved playing for us, and then when he moved on, he got his Champions League winners medal, which punctuated his career

We can always say (and so can he) Henrik Larsson who played for Celtic !

I would renounce my heterosexuality for him !
