    It helped me get to sleep that night. if only I had remembered I had popped one in there! Then I may have known that it was not a glorious fart that had been brewing, in fact there was likely a violent reaction within my gut due to the drastic change in temperature. All my own fault but you learn from mistakes, possibly someone here can benefit also. Get some cream or something instead

    Coconut oil seems to be a winner when it comes to ring sting, you dont even have to put it inside, you just massage it around the hole.
