This has probably been done to death but thought I'd give it a shot.
Favourite sitcoms and why?
Personally, Peep show and the Office. The comic twist on real life situations obviously does it for me.

Only Fools and Horses for me. It was on for so long grew up watching it. All the Christmas specials saw them grow up from just the two brothers together ( with Grandad or Uncle Albert) to getting married and having families.
Also thought as well as the comedy there were some genuinely tender moments.Del taking the beating rather then letting Rodney down and his reaction to Rodney getting married and moving on stand out.
Can still watch episodes I have seen numerous times and still find them hilarious.
Sullivan got the best out of the actors as well. Nicholas Lyndhurst's physical comedy was brilliant and tbh in everything else I have seen him in he is *.
Should have finished when they made their millions though. -

Father Ted will always be something I can go back and watch over and over and still find funny.
Only fools and Horses is a classic.
Never found Fawlty Towers funny and me and a lecturer had an argument in class about why it isn't. -

Some of them probably don't count as sitcoms. -
