    This better be an improvement on FIFA 16. I really only played pro-clubs but it was/is * terrible in FIFA 16. EA spent far too much time * about with their cash cow (Ultimate Team) and cast the more casual gamer adrift. I normally pre-order the FIFA games well in advance but after the guff of the last two incarnations I think i'll be waiting until the reviews are out.

    Never been a fan of FIFA, always bought one every few years just to check it out, had the World Cup 2010 one and FIFA 14 but always went back to PES. I'm interested in this though since it's using the Frostbite engine.

    Graphics will be * hot but it's all down to the gameplay and feel of it, they need a balance between Fifa 16 and Fifa 15 in terms of the pace and passing, also rid of the momentum switches etc,

    I think FIFA 16 is class. Any football game is going to have its flaws but 16 doesn't have very many. I think a lot of people didn't like it because you couldn't just keep tapping X to pass it around quickly. Instead you have to take a touch a lot of the time and things like that.

    I've played FIFA for over 10 years now and 16 was probably my least favourite game in the series.

    I was a Career mode addict in previous games but I could barely be arsed playing it this year. The AI needs a major, major improvement.

    Excited by this one for the first time in a good few years
    The switch to frostbite sounds promising in its own, also suggests that the whole game is going to be redone and not just a polish up of last year's (which has been known to happen a few times).

    Graphic wise it will look great, naturally now. Gameplay is anyone's guess, but I imagine a lot of folk are happy to allow the game play to be worked on, so long as they fix the annoying issues that have plagued fifa for years now. Pace abuse and online momentum 'scripting'

    I like that, the first touch is much more realistic and time to pass on, it's the fact Mertasacker can catch Walcott when running through :smiley-laughing002:

    Not too much of a graphics man, but when will they improve the graphics? Still looks like a cartoon ffs! I mean I like Fifa, but compared to the NBA2K games it looks like * imo. Gameplay/cut scenes/supporters....I'm not impressed tbh.

    Career mode was a joke I got Portsmouth to the Premier League in the 4th season winning every championship and that was on World Class it was far too easy

    It was a bit better this year, but think career mode needs a major overhaul. If I create a player and play a career, I want to get the feeling I AM that player like NBA2K. It's all * ultimate team this and that and dicking around with gold/platinum cards which doesnt interest me one bit.

    FIFA 15 was good but I swapped FIFA 16 for PES 16 and then even that got annoying with the stupid career mode and fake players. If PES and FIFA were mixed it be worth it but FIFA lacks in the actual match and PES lacks in everything else.
