Demo's out today (September 13th). People in New Zealand currently playing but no where in Europe is yet strangely. 10:30 pm on the 12th in Western Canada, debating if I should stay up and see if its available at 12 or just check back tomorrow. EA's Canadian based so wouldn't surprise me if it's available after it passes Pacific time.

Apparently it's not available until 6pm. Ridiculous.

 

I very rarely pre order but the last two games I did were MGS V and Dark Souls 3. They both came early MGS came on the Sat but wasn't out until the Tue. Dark Souls came on the Sat before the Tue too. This was with www.shopto.net.

FIFA is out on a Thursday so don't know how it would pan out(my two examples were Tue releases) but a guy in my work says they send the games early all the time.

There is also G-Force on Union Street in Glasgow City Centre, they sell the game as soon as they get it in but it will be £50.

It's some laugh going in for it early in there, they make it out to be some military mission. Serve you quick as * and stick the game in a white bag so nobody can see it then skin you 20 odd quid extra than what you'd normally pay after it's released.

 

Step outside the shop and phone the polis as you have just been robbed :icon_mrgreen:

 

Why not just release the demo when you said you would? If they are trying to actually build hype around a demo, thats embarrassing. When September 13th rolls around, release it in the respective timezones of the players at 12am and be done with it.

I always give the demo a miss & wait for the actual game. Never think the demo is anything like the game when released.

 

Played first game there, feels well balanced in terms of speed and strength of players, long range shooting seems quite easy. Passing is same as last year really but defending a lot better.
Just hope they don't change it too much for the release.
