I figured they should have their own thread.
Since their simple tweet about Cameron Carter-Vickers' connection to Catholic United, their Twitter has exploded from 1,300 followers just 3 days ago to over 17,500.
People are buying pins, jerseys, polo tops etc.
It's quite a heart warming story really.
If they livestream, I'll certainly watch a few matches.
Also seem like a very well run club with some ambition.
I'm not Catholic but I have no problem throwing a bit of cash to a community club, even if its outside of my own country.

Not for me this, we’ve our own wee team in Royston (St rochs) who need support.

Not surprised, my local team Hanwell Town sells lots of merch to London based Newcastle United fans (the club was founded by Geordies and wears the same colours). A little connection helps sell plenty of tops and tickets.

Six and half a dozen to me this.
Love to see little club affections on social media to garner additional support. But it's of no real odds to us as the bigger club.
Not gonna feign interest in a London based * team.
However for this living down that way, fire in and show some local support etc. No harm if it gets guys watching some football and supporting a local team who clearly will be loving the exposure (and fair * to them for it).

I really don't think an association with a club such as this should be made, certainly not officially and I think a lot of fans will find it very off putting

Catholic United lost 3-1 to Basildon Town, which appears to be one of their main rivals for promotion to the league above.
Some Celtic fans made it to the game.

I very much am not caring either way. Folk want to, batter in, but for me it's just nothing really.

Bought a hoodie off them.
Although I’d like to know if they do any charity based work as a team before giving them more money. -
