De Vries is * *, it looks like the goals are twice the size when he is in goal,* is a * dreamer and Dembele is a lazy *.
Too many sideways and backward passes, too slow going forward and the defense is still pish.

I think it goes deeper than just the players. I think we need an attacking minded midfield coach and a solid defensive coach brought in. It seems like no matter what team we put out we do this same possession * with absolutely no conviction.

They need to do all they can to get a new keeper in asap. The problem is it's the hardest position to find a good player whose not overpriced.

Agree that was a huge warning side, theyve got a worse defence than ours but at the moment theyre far better goalwise

Was the same with Liverpool too, even conceded 3 to Zenit in the same round a few years back. The odd decent performance at home means nothing when we're pathetic away.

Astana away, PSG & tonight is some of the most comical defending I've ever seen from us. Ronny's defence was more solid on the road.

It has got to the stage where you hope for a result in Europe but you know it is unlikely you would like to think we can now put all the effort into winning the treble but at the momemt we have a team who since we brushed hearts aside have struggled to score goals and win games with any conviction will be interesting to see if the players can find some sort of form to go on and win the treble

He seems to get us through the 2 leg champ league qualifiers last 2 seasons now .. but when we come up against anyone with a bit of clout we come up short all the time..

30 million in the bank so * spend half of it on a couple of decent defenders as that's were the problems are and sick of it giving away cheap goals.

Where has our pace and directness gone? We struggle to play at a tempo. It's just sideways in hope to keep possession. No one is willing to take * on or risk passing forward. We are brutal to watch especially away in Europe, we need a reaction on Sunday and im not convinced we'll go there and win either. Absolutely * aff bcoz we just bend over and take it, at least put up a fight ffs.
