African cichlids are the only type I’ve not tried.
Lovely fish but I don’t like a tank without plants / corals.

would love to have some of the larger marine angel fish but they decimate coral.



maybe someday when I can make room for another 300 gallons

 

Nice evening doing close up inspection on all the corals and fish. Always good to check for parasites etc

 

That is utterly outstanding mate.

 

Interesting fact about zoanthids & palythoa image of both below. They carry a toxin palytoxin which acts as a vasoconstrictor if inhaled or getting into the blood stream. There is no known treatment, just have to be careful not to stress them when handling them into your tank.

Risk is worth the reward. They come in so many different forms.
