YNWA without the tannoy just doesn't have the same effect.....

Remember on New's Year Day ppl began singing when it went 2-3 and the game wasn't over

I think it must be very intimidating for the opposition to play when the Celtic support sing it

When is it ever sung during games, apart from Huns games as the players re-emerge at half time (walking out tunnel)? Don't recall any instances

No doubt its over used ...but then its hard not to over use it in the politically correct environment that is parkhead these days ....were very limited in what we can sing ..which just adds to the general decline in the atmoshere at cp

Its a great song and one I'm happy to sing at any time. Sometime's the team might need a boost during a game and what better way than to hear 60000 singing YNWA!? It would send shivers down yer spine.

If you see 5 fans singing it with scarves in the air rather than bash them, * join them! Its time everyone joined in song whenever they can before our atmosphere and singing reputation is lost forever. I can't understand people complaining about the lack of atmosphere then criticising people for trying to start a song. Fair play to the singers everytime in my opinion.

I've been thinking about this one and I think I can come up with an example of how good the song is during a match. Remember the 2nd leg of the tie against Valencia in 2001(i think). Well, we sang YNWA during extra time of that game, and I don't think I've ever heard it so loud....Amazing, and the players must have got a lift from it. Anyway, my point is that the song isn't sung that often as it is, but it's still powerful.
