He's going to address it with bullshit and the majority are going to cream over it. He should not be allowed near that dugout again IMO. There has to be some self respect amungst ourselves here. His appointment is very close and I'll be disgusted * be back with us. Soon as he's win another few trophies he's going to * off again first good offer he gets. It's just the type of * he is. Never go back, the board should be looking elsewhere and exploring other options. Once this * sets foot back at parkhead, the support are going to be divided. Me personally, I just couldn't cheer on this * and it's going to be a strange feeling I tell ya because celtic has been my life since I was born.

    It’s a difficult question really.

I don’t know what it really means.

Given the choice would I bring back Deila (an inferior manager but nicer person) or Rodgers (a better manager but a narcissistic *) .. I would bring back Rodgers.

I think we should always try and get who we think will do the best job. I don’t really care if they leave or stay.

The one thing about Rodgers is he left mid-season. To me, that was a hugely unprofessional and disrespectful thing to do. I think bringing him back after doing that is a risk, but from an emotional point of view I don’t give a * really.

I just want our players and managers to play well, win and enjoy their time with the fans while they do.

If you talk about an apology from him for doing a runner before the end of the season, i think him coming back is an apology of sorts, will be interesting to hear what he has to say, assuming he does come back lol.

Rodgers record cant be argued with but for the first few seasons huns had just came back and were horrendous they didn’t even finish second in his first few terms, also his eye for a player, benyu, kouassi, de vries , jak Henry, Lewis Morgan, gamboa, compper Arzani , mulumbu bayo to name but a few were absolutely shocking, fortunately we had decent players there, nearly every player ange signed was a success, night and day, hate the *

I was against taking him back at first but when you take everything into consideration, he's by far the best candidate. So you do the mature thing and hold your hands up and admit you were being unreasonable and overly emotional.

But some are just doubling down and performing Olympic level gymnastics to hold on to their daft pride. It's * hilarious tbh :giggle1:

I hope those of you holding onto a grudge like * children have a miserable summer expecting the worst :50:

Taken from Foxes Talk but I guarantee you Rodgers will come out with something predictably similar :giggle1:

"I have no doubt if he does go back it will be under the guise of ‘unfinished business’ and he is truly sorry for how he left, he saw it as an opportunity to undertake a different challenge with a different type of club. He loves Celtic and being away has made him realise what a truly massive club it is and too back working at a truly elite club with a global brand and worldwide fanbase was just too good of an opportunity to turn down. I know with the brand of football and the exciting squad we have we will win over the doubters"

Funnily enough that happens when you support a football team, more so when you wont simply suck up whatever bullshit and outright lies he spouts/ed you wee roaster. McGrain was utterly horrified and embarrassed by it but heyho who cares about that eh.
You know, probably not tbf, but its entirely possible to support the team while disliking an individual within that team, this isn't overly complex to grasp tbh and there is a great many examples of this in team sports.

Oh and are you going to tell us what your previous username was this time... seeing as you went all shy when i asked you that last time.. you know when you admitted it trigger :56:

Voted ‘No’ when this first opened. However, if it’s as much of a certainty as it now appears to be, I guess I’ll just have to accept it and hope he does well.

After everything that went down previously, and some of the stories that have been discussed in the intervening years, I’m not sure I’ll be able to take to him fully (I’ll edit this when he wins us the CL), but time heals all wounds I suppose.

I’ll maybe just give his interviews a miss…

    * Brendan Rodgers.

The amount of back tracking and flip flopping around him getting reappointed is a joke. * the guy, if he’s reappointed I’ll be * sick. Sociopath.
