Didn`t see any of the game but another good win for Argentina away to Chile during the week. Ecuador and Venezuela going well too. Bit of a hammering for Uruguay away to Bolivia but quite a few teams get tore apart there. Argentina got beat 6-1 in Bolivia a couple of years ago if I remember correctly

typical english scummy media . numerous times when english black players had the ball I couldnt hear any monkey chants..only whistling and jeering.

there was monkey chants at the end of the game in another video..though I mean if rose is claiming he was racially abused he has a valid point he was..though in that video monkey chants are not audible...

Classic smear tactic, blame the victim. I think most people would agree that the Daily Mail is a poor paper but quite what they've reported wrong in that article is beyond me. It is a bizarre video for an FA to release when there's obvious evidence to the contrary. Quite why a team who's just won a game 1-0 and qualified ahead of you would need to make up stories about you is beyond me.

The FA also reported Serbia at half time about the monkey chants, as well as the missiles being thrown at the players. Isn't it oh so coincidental that they were lying and then there just happens to be video evidence of these monkey chants after.

    :notworthy

    well said!!

The hypocrisy of a lot of people is amazing. Some of the stuff I've seen in the past 7 or 8 pages directed towards Serbians and the nation of Serbia is almost as bad, if not worse than any petty monkey chants.

Tinted glasses, ignorance and just trying to say something in order "to be liked" is clearly evident here.

I do not believe most people who've posted in the last few pages are one bit about the issue of racism. They're just saying anything for the sake of it because everyone else on the media, pundits, footballers, other fans, etc are also doing so.

I see where you're coming from but how I see it is he's just world class at the things he is good at....personally I don't and have never seen him as one of the world's best....similar to Scott Parker now in a way....great at winning the ball, but the top class defensive mids have much more about them.

In terms of blocking shots and putting his body on the line, he was at least the best in the prem.....but I think the movement of top quality strikers is often his undoing.

And yea Argentina did lose 6-1 to Bolivia a few years ago.....they blamed the high altitude I think....and I saw the highlights and their keeper had a bit of a mare.

Oisin, I do not blame them at all. I know what propaganda is, but if they ever come to Serbia, they can see they were wrong or to ask someone who has been there.

Hahahah, now I am waiting our Greek members to tell you that Christ comes from Greek "Christos", that is a Greek word.
Christos is Greek given name which is spelled in two ways:

"Χρίστος", Chrístos, from the adjective "χριστός", christós, i.e., "anointed" (or "chosen one" as is the Christian theological term for the Messiah), and
"Χρήστος", Chrēstos, from the adjective "χρηστός", chrēstós, i.e., "useful"
I once read one Greek said Jesus was a Greek from Galilee. :smiley-laughing002:
