Winning the title

Was thinking exactly the same as your comment in bold when I replied. I've been pretty outspoken in my views but also despite that confident we should win in the end.

Also, recent history tells us that unless something significantly different happens in Scottish football we are the dominant team, by far. Ironically we are the establishment! Not sure I like that last bit but ...

 

I would say I was more deeply disappointed than worried, but get your point... Fact is that unless they have a wobble, there's never TOO much between us and the Huns anyway, because the rest of the league typically don't take too much off of them. At the end of the window in summer I knew the board had again settled for minimum financial risk, minimum football gain...

At the end of the winter window I was a little worried, but still believed that they were punching above their weight and they'd cave eventually - you could see they were fluking their way, getting dodgy calls and would drop something at some point. And we were carrying injuries, Asia cup disruption and still gelling to Rodgers way but still schooling them head-to-head, so that was always going to be a huge points swing in our favour.

 

For the 7 left i really hope and pray we somehow beat St Mirren today and other results go our way to win this title

 

I've always been confident we would win the league.

Injuries haven't helped, but too often this season the players have put in too many lackluster performances. Complacency has been a real issue. That shouldn't happen.

Rangers got their new manager bounce after it already felt the league was a formality. During that spell they won games, but they rarely played well and too many games were tainted by refereeing decisions. It looks like their new manager has already lost his way.

The board better back Rodgers with some serious cash for next season. Get a good entertaining side on the park. What Rangers do should be irrelevant to us. We shouldn't be in a fight with Rangers. Our club is miles ahead of Rangers in every aspect.
