    Looks to me like someone in the crowd has had a go and he's responded...nothing more, nothing less.

    He/she's paid their money and is entitled to an opinion but on the same coin, so is Lennon to tell them where to go.

    Some fans jumping on the fact that we got sloppy towards the end, I know it was a nervous 5 minutes but for me (and it's only the way I choose to look at it) why dwell on the poor last 15/20 and oversee the good? We've been * for a lot more than 15 minutes this season...finally tonight for over an hour we looked liked a team again....lets build on that and pile the pressure on they animals in Govan.

    The gap is closing, doesn't matter how it closes, as long as it closes!!!

    Hail Hail :shamrock::shamrock::shamrock:

    He's probably fed up with daft * bumping their gums when we've just won a match and played well for at least half of it. Can't say I blame him.

    all this * about strachan wont have helped,the guys under severe pressure,every games a must win,he will be raging that lawells gone behind his back and spoke to strachan.
    and how did the press get wind of this.
    we must remember lenny has had problems with depression in the past,the last few months could not have been easy on him,we need to get behind him,show the press in this backward country of ours that we are all Neil lennon

    Some people are just never satisfied. Bet the guy in the crowd was one of those who's always looking for something to criticise. The performance up until the last 15 minutes was first class, from what I can gather from the radio they never really looked like listening. Lenny's entitled to be * off with a fan shouting given that. Though he shouldn't have reacted. Still, sounds to me like a big deal out of nothing.

    I don't blame Lennon for saying something to the guy

    Supporters should be doing exactly that, supporting the team. Especially when we are still behind the huns

    With a position of power comes responsibility, Lenny shouldn't be getting himself involved, as manager he should be leading by example.

    I have to agree to be honest, the guys been through a lot and I can't begin to imagine how hard his life must be at times but theres no need for this really. A bit of restraint wouldn't have gone a miss here.

    last thing lenny needs is to turn on the fans , to play the way we did in the first half tonight and lose the ball so many times in the second then lose a goal to then cling on to the win was still not good enough, fans have EVERY right to express their thoughts imo .

    Yes, the second half was disjointed, but we still ended up with all 3 points. We've now won 4 on the spin, cut the lead at the top by 5 & things are (generally) heading in the right direction.

    Out of interest, I wonder if the performances of the 2 halves were reversed, (ie, 1st half performance as the 2nd, & the 2nd as the 1st) would it have sparked such vitriol? :rolleyes:

    The fans pay there money to watch celtic and without the fans the team simply wouldnt exist. So aslong as the fan wasnt saying anything illegal/racist and of that type he/she has every right to moan or celebrate!

    it seems to me lennons frustration of having to scramble for what was really a comfortable game has been taken out on the fans. which IMO is poor.
