Only found out about Belfast Celtic from a podcast this year. What an extraordinary story and what a terrible shame.

It's a different club, like Betis. When I was a child my father bought a Sky Sports decoder and I started to watch football from the islands every weekend. Firstly I liked the colours, after the atmosphere of Paradise... But I definitely became a Celtic fan when 100,000 of you came to Seville. Moreover, we owe our colours to your club and there are many links between Celtic and Betis. And here I am, enjoying my first night in Glasgow waiting for the match against Motherwell.

Simply raised a Celtic fan so didn't have/make a choice really.

A few huns in the family but the auld man was raised a die hard tim and raised me the same. First pair of pyjamas as a wean were Celtic ones and then it just began from there.

My old man's side are all Celtic fans and my mums side (excluding her) are all Huns. But I grew up as a Celtic fan, my great-granda started CSC and bus to games in Dundee back in the 40s

Started going to Parkhead as a kid back in the late 60's with my father and Fergus McCann's school friend and fellow accountancy student. (Fergus was in Canada at the time).

Us kids getting lifted over the turnstile.

They all went to St Modan's in Stirling together.

My family is from Ireland. County Donegal, specifically. I was exposed to Celtic over there. I was the one who took to it first tho. My dad followed me.

Been a lot of threads like this.

I was born in Lanarkshire to an Irish-born, Irish Republican, old school Socialist father, and his father before him was the exact same.

Both were football fans. There was only one team in the equation, and it wasn't * Airdrie.

I'm Belgian and fell in love with the Bhoys when I saw the final in Seville. My first visit at Paridise was the Artmedia game (4-0 back in 2005). From then on I come over a few times a year and also go to European away games. Last visit ....last tuesday.

I live only a mile and a half from the stadium and pretty much all my family support Celtic. No brainer really when I first experienced the stadium and the crowd

don't even remember why i became a Celtic fan i was soo young my dad didn't care about football so there was no pressure both me and my bro supported Celtic all our life i should also point out that a large part of my youth was at the same time as the huns 9 in a row so no glory hunting here

My whole family are huns. Luckily enough I saved myself and toom an interest in football a few years before O'neil took over and every back page of every newspaper had a picture of king henrik on it.

    Was a easy decision.
