    He'll be suspended, which means we're virtually guaranteed to see yet another start for Donati in Europe. I can't wait! :31:

    I must admit I was one of the first guys to slate him and I got my stick for it .... I dont think I've been proven wrong but I do agree that we should give him more time - his hold up play is fairly good ( I know weve bought a striker)and he is * strong - all good traits for a striker but obviously he needs to add goals to his armoury. Give him time guys.

    fortune is not what celtic need right now to be honest :31:
    a hold up player ? someone who creates chances for others ?
    what is he the black kenny miller??(who cost us * all)
    we need a proper out and out poacher ........story ended :86:
    this pains me to say this but we need to find a chris boyd :47:
    4 million for a guy who scored 3 or 4 times in the premiership last year :31:
    the manager stated he is not an out and out goalscorer..... * !!!
    but he will bring something to the team !!!
    aye frustration :54::54::54:

    Impatient fans are a joke. They want goals! Dozens of goals from Fortun'e! Hat-trick on every match! Leave that * aside. Now, I see that you're familiar with his role after repeating it several times. And I think that's the player we need.

    As for the price, why getting so hooked up about the price? 3.8m pounds is a lot of cash, I admit, but I'm looking at his contribution to the team. Money aside, he looks good. And will be good, I reckon.

    We need both a poacher and a set-up man. Don't forget we lost JVoH as well. Fortunes' job will be to replace JVoH (though in a very different style).

    he is about six inches shorter than big jan ,he won't score as many goals as big jan and he will not set up as many goals as big jan :87:
    why replace someone we could have kept ??????????
    at no extra cost :38::38::38:
    we need a poacher full stop

    Maybe because JVoH was * last year and stopped doing his job?

    Also you may want to reread this part... I know 3 sentences was a lot for you to cope with, so I'll try to dumb it down a bit.

    That's odd, because you seem to imply differently. Explain this then.

    "he is about six inches shorter than big jan"

    So we seem to agree he's not going to be winning headers in the box by the bucketload. But I suppose that doesn't count as a different style? :rolleyes:
    As for scoring goals "4million quid should get you" -- that's not what we paid 4m quid for. One would think the last couple posts we'd already come to that understanding but I guess some people are like scratched CDs. They might get 60s into the song but can't help repeating the same crap over again ad nauseum.

    nobody said anything about winning headers in the box :87:
    i think you will find we paid 4 million for a striker :52:
    a strikers job is to score goals ....i thought we understood that but i guess some people are like good porridge......
    really thick :84: :rolleyes:

    Then * has his height got to do with anything? Explain yourself douchebag. :icon_mrgreen:
    Ahh, I suppose Sutton was * too then. Didn't we pay 6m or something for him? And that rat * didnae score near enough goals you'd expect for a 6m quid striker!
