Funny how the majority of people on here follow in their dads footsteps or some type of father figure type role.

I fell in love with celtic when I went to my first game at celtic park. It was the celtic vs rangers 5-1 lubo moravciks 1st game I believe. He scored that belter when larrson dummied it I think n it dropped right to him n he smashed it from about 25 yards out. I just remember the feeling of your full body tingle as you walk out the stands. I now live in america and people don't understand the love of our sport and the passion / tention that goes with it. They don't understand how our heritage / relgion has a part in it.

Just as I'm baffled that when I attended an NBA game, there was fans from the other team all mixed together n some old lady kept screaming out for the opposite team I was supporting n I'm thinking to myself, this * better dubb it quick style ! I couldn't fathom the fact that there was no segrogation at all ! And btw I never told the old hag to dubb it, I decided to just outshout her as we had shaq oneill at the time and he was killing it !

Mon the Hoops / Phoenix Suns

Most of my family were Irish so there was that connection but none of them supported Celtic I thought I would be the first. Also growing up in England a lot of the clubs have lost their tradition I always loved the the great story of Celtic and the fact we are still more or less the same club. Now I am older I also like the fact that we are liked by very different people we are not just an Irish club we are a world club now. We are liked by people of all faiths and non-faith and all political views I have met Lazio/Celtic fan and Roma fan that likes us. We have supporter clubs in most places now I think that says a lot about us as a club that most people feel accepted at Celtic.
