I think most empires, are by their nature evil. So any of the above mentioned.

    Tell that to Haiti

Although to sum it all of up, most of Europe is full of insanely evil *, I'll remember this the next time a Brit or Russian complains about always being the Villains in movies :smiley-laughing002:

Any country with an empire is pretty much as bad as each other. Not much in it.

In my life time the USA in Vietnam.
The Brits and the USA in Irag and Afganistan.
The British Army in the North of Ireland . They were deployed to protect the Catholic minority from the RUC , the B Specials and loyalists . Instead they colluded with the RUC and turned their guns on Catholic men, women and children .

Seems the genocides in Cambodia, East Timor, Iraq, Rwanda, etc, etc, etc, weren't all that bad then.

I must have missed the part (during your lifetime) where the evil British murdered 1.4 million in one campaign as they did in Cambodia, 800,000 in one campaign in Rwanda, 1 in 4 residents in East Timor, etc, etc, etc.

No doubting that the Brit behaviour in NI (and various other parts of the world) were despicable (during your lifetime), but FFS... get some global perspective... and a grip! :50:
