Who would you play in defence against PSG?

I am happy with Lustig at CB

Gamboa-Lustig-Jozo-KT

 

I'd put everyone in defence and leave Griff up top by himself. Suck on that formation Craig Levein

 

Bitton and Jozo
Tierney and Lustig

 

Ralston coming in at RB and moving to Lustig to CB alongside Jozo might be the best option available to us, but I think Ralston will struggle big time against Neymar.

The only other option is leaving Lustig at RB and playing Bitton at centre half, which is just footballing suicide against a team like PSG.

 

Our defence is what really worries me tomorrow night. We are definitely capable of getting goals but PSG's attacking ability is so far removed from what we face in Scotland that it might as well be a different sport. When they're in possession we're gonna need everyone behind the ball and we simply have to cut out the freebies we keep giving teams. Assuming Jozo's our only fit CB i'd go Lustig, Jozo, Bitton, KT. I'm not a big fan of Ralston and don't think he's ready for a game like this. Only other option i can see is a back 3 like at Accies:Lustig, Jozo, KT. That might leave a lot of space out wide in the last 3rd though and that's where PSG do a lot of their best work.

 

I know its risky but i think young Ajer would do well with a presence like Jozo in there with him, but yea like most fans im quite worried about our centre backs ... but we can only do what we can do and hopefully thats getting right * inty them!!

 

Remember when KT was thrown into a Europa League game vs Fenerbache at Celtic Park??? Games like these can make players!
