Gilbert Grape would give Ronny a run for his money .

I'm baffled by the amount of supporters who think stubbs should be the next manager.a large section of our support are talking out there * if they think stubbs is the way forward.the only good thing about Ronny being in charge next season would be if it stops stubbs from getting the job.and to be fair yogi Hughes,Alex Neil, Michael o Neil although not my choices are light years ahead of stubbs.

Stubbs has proved time and time again at Hibs that he can't handle pressure here where the demands are win and win in style every week he'd struggle

A friend off mine who's friendly with Michael O'Neil was telling me that O'Neil would jump at the Celtic Job. The six counties are gona offer him a bumper contract of 500,000 p/year
If celtic cone anywhere near that he'll be off after the euros. He has been sounded out but no concrete offer.

I'm unsure of this one.....although I canny do another season of RD. I just don't want to be jumping out of the frying pan and into the fire.

Harsh surely ? He's been excellent since he started out.

I also like Stubbs he's got an eye for a player and is very flexible in the way his team plays. My biggest issue with RD is how stubborn he is with that 4-2-3-1.

I don't know what you're expecting the board to pay out here ? I bet RD isn't on much more than Stubbs or McInnes. The board are tight fisted *.

To be fair Hibs have always been bottlers so he would need to turn around the whole mentality of the club. Still it's so early in his career it'd be a bigger risk to take him than keeping Ronny on anyway, Stubbs still has a lot to learn.

Not sure if already mentioned but rumour on kerrydale that Moyes has provisionally agreed to manage us next season. Could be a lot of pish obviously :97:

Wouldn't pay his wages, wouldn't give him a big budget and last of all he's not even that good. Not exactly known for exciting football so hope it's a load of pish.

He didn't have a big budget at Everton, comparatively speaking. And he's probably the best we could hope for.

I'd take him in a second over Ronny.

I'd take Moyes in a second as well but I highly doubt he'd come here at this point in his career.

Dont honestly know who I'd want thats a realistic target.

Moyes is the standout candidate. Quite comfortably..

I don't think he is either..

If Moyes wanted it, it'd be a no brainer though..

There was no pressure on him at Everton either though to win a trophy every season, he's failed at his last 2 clubs which makes him a big risk. There are better managers out there we could get.
Ronny isn't going anywhere at the moment anyway.

    I'd definitely take Moyes.

Part of me still wants Ronny to have one more crack at the CL (providing we win the double, because any less and this will be a disastrous season IMO). Even at that I feel like I'm clutching at straws for Ronny.

Moyes seems to have adopted a new found arrogance since he got sacked by United, I get the feeling he might think he's above this job.

If anyone gets a chance they should listen to Graham Hunter's podcast interview with Moyes. Fascinating how dedicated he is. Travelling through the night to scout for bargains.

Who are these better managers then?

    I feel the same.

Really hoping Ronny's plan comes together but reality is starting to bite hard.

I think Moyes would guarantee more results.

Guarantee us more results / better results and we'd certainly be harder to beat / take point's off..

    Just my opinion..
