    I will buy a season ticket for Ibrox and turn up in in my sash with a flute every second week for the next 10 year if it's Lambert with Joe Jordan as his assistant for a few months to then be replaced by Larsson.

    Lets be honest here Rodgers would not have spoken to the board if he wasn't interested. He KNOWS that he won't get the same money as if he was down in England. People like Rodgers & Moyes are multi millionaires. It will come down to transfer kitty to see if they could improve the squad for a chance to get into the Group stages of the Champions League. It won't be all about the wages. Plenty of other factors to consider

    Im not saying it will be, just I think it will be Lambert but if it is I would expect it to be Lambert and Larsson as the board will want the fans off their back and Lambert alone wouldnt be seen as that good. Only thing is Larsson wouldn't join in the summer as he won't leave a team mid season.

    Joe Jordan I just mentioned as I listened him recently talking about how big a Celtic fan he was and used to go to all the home games etc, he's just someone who could have done a job for a few month as he's basically retired the now but for a short spell could have stepped in.

    Im not claiming anything will happen I know heehaw same as anycunt else.

    Professional courtesy. You never knows whats going to happen in the future so he wont want to burn any bridges.
    I agree with what you say about wages etc and am not trying to be negative but its plausable he feels he should speak to DD out of respect.

    I disagree, unless he went there and said look thanks but no thanks which I don't think he would of done considering he flew down to London too see him he could just say that via phone when offered the interview. I think the fact he has had the interview shows he is interested whether or not he goes for the job is a different matter but we will see.
