He averages 7th over his time there. He ticks the boxes without doubt.

I really believe Moyes would take the job if offered it, the timing is right for him in terms of his career.

Luv it. Houston played 10 won 2. Goals against almost 2 per game. Yeah, come on right in, Owen. Bet Houston would be gutted to lose you.......not!

While we're at it, why not give Jackie McNamara a call? He's just got York City relegated out of Div 2 into The Conference. In fact why don't we make it an "essential" that unless you've been sacked, or if you are still in a job, your Team has a lousy record, we're not interested.

Owen Coyle, now its getting more realistic. That'll teach us for dreaming of Rodgers etc.

There's absolutely zero chance that our next manager will be Owen Coyle. Come on to * and stop overreacting.

Would be delighted if it was Moyes. Would be able to look forward to the season ahead with some confidence

Its quite convenient that you're leaving out his Man Utd and R.Sociead records.

Everton fans would be apoplectic with rage if he was re appointed... another mans garbage is NOT another man's treasure in this case.

His record is abysmal, his man management is terrible. His transfer record is * shocking.

He "likes" Celtic, shouldn't qualify a coach who's been sacked from the past two jobs he's had.

his players at the last two clubs he's been at, have actively revolted against his rule.

Quite seriously, I would take McInnes or Neilson before moyes.

The CFC job at this moment time isnt a poisoned chalice... but its certainly a not a tasty beverage. Adding a manager, who quite literally, should expect no better than a position with an EPL relegation bound side to his already questionable resume is a joke.

I've decided I want Lennon back... All things considered he fills me with more confidence than any other name mentioned, including Moyes and Rodgers. He has unfinished business and how good will it be when he leads us to 10iar. I appreciate the 'he left for England' argument, but he's learnt... Bring him home with the thunder!

You are talking utter *. Absolute nonsense.

Abysmal record? He was extremely consistent at Everton, and even finished in the top 4 with them. A fantastic achievement considering the money he had to work with compared to others down there.

Whoever went to United after Fergie was going to struggle. Moyes actually had a better record over 8 months or whatever it was than LVG at the same point and he is considered one of the top managers in Europe of the last however many years and LVG spent about 8 times the amount of money Moyes did. He got next to no time at United.

Real Socieded was by no means a disaster. He took over a struggling team and left them a struggling team. He wasn't a success but he wasn't a big failure. And it was a foreign country, it was always going to be tough.

If you think we could attract a better calibre of manager than David Moyes you are * deluded.

    McInnes and Neilson.:smiley-laughing002::smiley-laughing002:
