I cannot see many leaving as I cannot imagine many other teams will pay the wages we do.

Players I would carry to another team:

    Mick, truly truly awful

    Calamity: totally deluded fud.

    Naylor: Just not good enough.

Sheridan: one of the worst players i have ever seen in a Celtic jersey. His shortcomings as a football player to me are truly biblical.

Brown(goalie) reminds me of the guy who ended up * or a hen and was put in goal.

Killen: a carthorse will less touch than an armless man.

Maloney: Has been picking up wages and blatantly contravening the Trades Description Act 1972.

Wilson: Has had more injuries than A +E afer a hun game.

Skippy: Is fatter than me. Slower than me, has a worse touch than me. Needs a game reserve to trap a ball and moans at every * when it is him who is pish.

Nguemo: Every time he gets the ball you know he will give it away. He reminds me of Sno and that is too frightening a prospect for one such as i.

McGinn: will never make it no matter how much we want him to. not good enough at this level...and that is a damning indictement.

However, no one will buy them. We will spend a minimal amount so we will keep most of them.

I have now entered a zen state of acceptance and will try to refrain from endangering my life through raising blood pressure when there is more chance of Dougie Donnely, Jim Traynor, Paul Mitchell, Robert Grieve, Chick Young, Keith Jackson, Daryll King, et al wanting us to beat Hamburg and qualify for the Europa League than the changes i would like happen any time soon.:84:

    What will be will be.:97:

Some of you lack logic. Sell the nucleus of a team and then replace them with either a) people who can't tip the first choicers out of the top squad
    b) people who now have to learn to fit into a new culture.

The daftness on here is ridiculous.

McDonald isn't going until at least after the world cup if at all.
Fortune and Killen are injured or not up to the mark and Sami as the number 1? hmm

Brown maybe going, but only depending on the fitness of Robson and the ability of Zheng to fit in

It's more likely that the likes of Crosas, Flood, Naylor, Mizuno, and fringies not likely to get into the start, who will be sold.

    Agreed. :50:

Good to see some realism & common sense on this thread. Skippy has nearly scored more goals than what Sammy, Killen & Fortune combined & then doubled.

Skippy may not be the greatest striker to don the Hoops & some people seem to think that only the re-incarnation of Henrik will do, but the realists amongst us know it will be years, if ever, before we have someone of that class again.

He may not be perfect, but he will score goals. He won't be going anywhere, at least until another striker proves himself capable.

Skippy goes alot better than half the people on here give him credit. He hasn't scored a goal for us (australia) at national level yet right now he is our number one option because it's been realised that he makes plenty of opportunities for Cahill and Kewell. Yet he scores top goals for Celtic regularly yet get's a pasting..

I want my striker showing passion by getting pishy at the service when need be...

The AGM delivered exactly what was expected, namely assurances of continued prudence in these uncertain financial times. This means that TM will not be given untold sums to spend. These changes will take time, not just one transfer window.

I would like to see these players go:
    Caldwell
    McManus
    Flood
    Killen
    Brown
    Maloney
    Naylor
    McDonald (Possibly)

I think we need to find a striker to play up front with Samaras , he has bags of potential just needs the confidence and consistancy so he should stay imo!

I would look to bring in:
    Eagles - Burnley
Dimitris Salpigidis - Panathinaikos Greek Striker Perfect Partner for Sammi!
The Ki-Sung Yong is already coming in!
Also St.Ledger would be a good signing!

    Great logic on players.

Eagles, a player who could not get a game for burnley. You aren't setting the bar very high.

St Ledger is that just a random name you came up with?? Why would he be a good signing for us

Why Eagles does not get a game for Burnley is beyond me he is a quality player and would score goals from midfield unlike our current CM's!

St.Ledger is better than McManus or Caldwell any day of the week!
