It's going to be hard to bring in a top manager to the club, firstly the money involved would be a turn off for the board and secondly, although we are a big club people think the League in Scotland is *. That is why I think whoever comes in will have had a link with the club and knows the passion and desire of the fans, and winning trophies will endear them to us. That said like anyone who joins us now whether playing or managing probably sees us as a stepping stone to the EPL.

Oscar Garcia plz. He's desperate for the job and is exactly the sort of manager we should be going for.

I think who ever comes to the club will be unemployed.

Think I would go with Moyes or Malky now possibily Moyes edging it. Important thing is we back the new man , which we will. The most important thing is CL qualification * we miss out on that ...

Owen Coyle is favourite with the bookies now at EVENS :54:

Malky or Moyes for me I think, Read a bit about that Oscar Garcia who has put his hat into the ring himself and seems like he could be a good match also.

Doesn't sound like he was playing the Barca style football he's claiming to bring to us. Looks like he done a good job with getting to the playoffs though, with a group of players that weren't his purchases and a lot of injuries.

Oscar Garcia is a great shout, considering the mess Brighton were at the start of the season, he's done remarkably well to get them sailing in the right direction again.

I also feel that a continental manager would be the best way to go for this.

A few Brighton fans have said he was ok but has no plan B and never try's to change it up, sounds a bit like our outgoing manager would like someone else to come in.

I don't think their fans were expecting much from the season either. Garcia wasn't exactly far off with taking them up. I'd love to see us go the foreign route and bring him in.

Jackie Mac, Moyes or Clarke for me. Probably in that order too.

I think MacNamara has the potential to be a success here. Has done great with a modest budget.

Moyes would be great if he isn't too battered from his man utd experience.

    Clarke would be solid imo.

I'd like Larsson to be a part of the new set up but I doubt he'd take step down from management to play an assistant or backroom staff role. Could see it under Moyes, but even then I'd doubt it happening.

Don't fancy the idea of Malky running things.

I wouldn't touch coyle with a barge pole.

My personal order of preference would be:
    1. Henrik
    2. Garcia
    3. Makay

Jackie Mac hasn't done 'great' though, has he? He's done decent. Mowbray done as much if not better with Hibs...

I cant see Henke being the assistant as what manager is going to want to play second fiddle to the assistant ? The press would all want to talk to Henke, We as fans would spend the Game chanting his name etc that for me rules Henke out.
