I call significant bullshit in that article that we have a 5M shortfall in funds, after making over 20M in profit over the last two seasons and having a 5M surplus in the bank as of the last set of accounts.

Some scaremongering in that article and no facts to back them up.

Yeah, I'm sure Tata Martino agrees with you.

He won 5 league titles in South America, was South American coach of the year, had fifteen years of managerial experience when he took over Barca in the summer. He won * all and basically got sacked.

So you think a manager of wigan that has been there less than a year has told his boss and let it be known to everyone connected with wigan including the fans and players that he is applying for a job at a different club and should he fail to get the job expect to go back to work and everyone will be ok with that.....you really believe that pish.....???

Uwe Rosler would leave Wigan in a heartbeat if any bigger club came calling he is that type of manage, I rate him highly but he wouldn't get the Celtic job anyway

Pep took over when barca where a shining example of one of the best teams not only in the world but ever there's a big difference to barca then to now not that there's been big change but barca have been going downhill a bit over the last season or two

I'm sure we'd have to pay Wigan a decent chunk in compensation for Rosler, right? That won't be attractive to the board.

Maybe so but unless he is a fool he will wait for a club to come calling not go knocking on doors...that would just * off everyone at wigan and cost him his job.
