Deila is a proponent of youth and won't spend big, on the youth side that's great, on the spending side hmm could be interesting.

Its saying he hasnt spent big. Its not like his club says want £10million to spend on players and hes said "naw il just play youth (in his Glaswegian accent)"

What in the name of Ronny Deila did you type into google to get that? If you get a knock on the door in the next 30min delete your browsing history with a hammer!

Difficult to imagine DD giving the go ahead with Deila but I'm quietly confident about this.

He seems like a guy who is constantly looking to learn and improve his coaching techniques. Known as the 'Norwegian Klopp' (yes I know) but it is still promising. Exactly what I was wanting.

Young, plays fast, pressing football, likes to work with younger players and has already tried to build connections around europe by meeting with the likes of Rodgers and Klopp. Coming to a club like Celtic with all the resources available could really take him to the next level. This is certainly a much more exciting prospect than any other IMO, and as usual it has came from nowhere:56:

Would I be right to say Dermott Desmond picked O'Neill, Strachan and Lenny? Who picked Mowbray?

So, there's a chance that the "Norwegian Klopp" might be linking up once again with the "Norwegian Modric"???
