    Coyle, Mowbray, Keane, Mackay

    Sunderland, West Brom, Burnely, Cardiff.

All those hard working small teams in their grimy wee towns, managed by stoic grim faced managers being linked with Celtic really is quite deflating.

I love the romantic, attacking, flair ethos that our team is built on and our managers should relfect that. Young, full of ideas, taking risks, up for learning new things and trying to progress.

We'll never get anywhere being managed by coal miners.

    Viva la Delia!!!

Let's face it, Celtic are playing a very clever PR game here. They are letting it be known that they've been looking at all kinds of different managers - the big name kind(Keane) and the experimental foreigner(Deila). They want the fans to think they've cast their net far and wide.

It's all a smokescreen though. They're going to come full circle and appoint the man they wanted to appoint all along. The man who will undoubtedly make us conquer Europe once more. A goliath of a manager. The one. The only. Owen Coyle.

What evidence is there of Pat Nevin showing great tactical astuteness? His analysis of the games as a pundit aren't exactly all informing and that's when he's taken the time to freeze frame everything and discuss it. It's not even because a large section of the support don't like him, he's just not a viable option. Also, do you think he would command the players respect? Would you be inspired by Pat Nevin talking to you in the dressing room? Well you probably would, but I imagine him being like the teacher boring the students with his uncharismatic cringeworthy chat.

You know fine well that if Nevin got the assistant manager job, your balls would hit the floor just as hard and fast as mine would.

Pat Nevin should be the last person getting a job anywhere near Celtic Park no matter what the role is.

    Sellout, apologetic scumbag!

According to a guy over on KDS Deila IS being interviewed for the job. His source was his brother who knows a cousin of Deila apparently :56: I hope it's true though.

I highly doubt we're going to find out until next week what's going on. We know for a fact there has been a few interviews so I wouldn't rule anyone out just yet. Deila, Tuchel, Hyypia or Clarke are all suggestions I like the sound of though.

I am actually fairly pleased about the manner in which we've operated so far. Of course we would all like to know who the manager is going to be already but we are clearly considering all our options which is good.

Champions League qualification is going to be really tough for whoever steps in, and I won't be too quick to judge whoever it may be if we fail. I hope most fans are the same. The new manager needs to be given some time to implement his own style, unfortunately the qualifiers are going to come too soon to do this properly.
