Apologies. Under was the wrong word to use.

When the Keane thing was ongoing, I though Park would be made DOF. Wouldn't surprise me if that was the case in this situation.

I'm liking this. Could be an exciting appointment IF it comes to fruition. Visited Klopp and Rodgers to learn from them. All about youth and promotion of talent, sounded out Barca, Rennes, Man City about their academies.

Yeah, he seems like a proper football man. Someone with a real passion for the game.

Journalists and Bookies getting all their info from forums by the looks of it.

    They don't have a clue.

    The Norwegian bloke looks promising.

Now this guy excites me more than any other manager we have been linked with. Young but has experience, plays attacking football and promotes youth. What's not to like?

Far, far more appealing than Owen Coyle etc.

This guy and Laudrup are the only 2 that have really got me interested, for the right reasons, of the names mentioned so far. This is our big chance to implement an attractive style of play while we have no real challenge domestically.

Certainty that it will be Clarke or Coyle though. McNamara would be my choice over the two of them.

Hi Skelleto, our Scandanavian correspondent. Really like what I read about Deila. From some articles I've read it suggests he is one half of a double act with Jostein Flo who has a real family pedigree in football including Tore Andre. Thoughts ?

    Its funny because he follows our signing policy i.e. young exciting like;

    Wanyama
    Biton
    Van Dijk
    Johansen

Where as all the other managers mentioned is more like our old policy of the Hartleys, Robsons, McManus, Caldwell and the likes.

If that makes any sense :56:

If he is our guy (huge if of course knowing how the media pull things out of their *) it'll no doubt correspond with PL's comments about it 'perhaps being within the next week', seeing as Stromsgodset still have a cup game to play.

i cannot understand how/why holy deila will be wideley accepted as a great appointment by our fans. he has alsot he negatives we have thrown at every manager named with us. not massive european experience, not proven. the fact he went to learn with the best means nothing. steve clarke worked with the best for years and years. roy keane was hardley underexperienced while working with the best. however i acknowledge we need to impliment a little different from previosu years. i think sometimes we have to be careful what we strive towards (the expansive play and youth idea.) i mean villas boas had all the credentials of this but has been terrible wherever hes ended up. i honnestly would like to see a proven manager recruited. no i dont mean coyle as he has nothing about him. i would be open to malky, moyes and steve clarke tbh. for a few different reason. however if holly gets the role, i agree it will be exciting to see a new direction. but going for a new direction for the sake of it, and as we ahve no competitiion is a little niave in my opinion
