It's alright, security is tight due to the Commonwealth Games. They'll soon catch him.

    In this Espn article

Deila, a keen admirer of Klopp’s work, is on the verge of leading Stromsgodset to their first league title since 1970, with his side three points clear of second-placed Rosenborg with two games remaining in Tippeligaen.

He has now revealed that, after the final fixture is completed next Sunday, he will pack his bags and make a trip south to the Ruhr Valley.

“I have great respect for Klopp’s achievements at Dortmund, and there are many questions to ask him,” Deila told the Drammens Tidende newspaper. “I would like to know more about the way they develop their players so that they are ready to star at a top international level so quickly.”

The ESPN feature has attracted media attention in Norway, and the 38-year-old said: “That is a huge recognition [of my work], and it is nice to be put into such a context, but I do not feel like Klopp yet.

“Our style is very similar to that of Dortmund, but we must remember that we do it at a different level.”

After his Dortmund trip, Deila will continue on to Liverpool to study under Brendan Rodgers, whose work he also appreciates very highly, both from his time at Swansea and at Anfield.

“It is interesting to see how Liverpool work,” he added. “They recruit young players because they cannot afford to buy the biggest stars, and the project is developing smoothly.”

The Norwegian will also visit Rennes in France, where he will meet his former midfield prodigy Anders Konradsen.

“Rennes’ academy was voted the fourth best,” said Deila, who has already visited Manchester City, Barcelona, Ajax and Espanyol in recent years.

Stromsgodset play away at relegation threatened Tromso on Sunday as they seek to win only the second league title in their history.

Deila or Clarke and I'd be pretty excited for the season ahead! :50:

Right, it's not going to be Deila.

Celtic Underground have hinted it's him. After backing Keane, Larsson, Clarke. They are the Chris Graham of the Celtic twitter world. :smiley-laughing002:

Even in a league as unpredictable as Tippeligaen, this is extraordinarily. When sporting director Jostein Flo promoted the then 32-year old Della from his assistant coach position before the 2008 season, it was an appointment made in line with the intended overarching philosophy of the club: a strong focus on youth, genuine player development, and a clever transfer policy. Deila was the perfect fit. A young couch with extreme confidence in his distinct, offensive playing style, not only comfortable with the club’s low wage structure and limited transfer funds, but a proponent of it.

He fits out policy more than absolutely every manager we have been linked with.

From what I've read of him, he seems to be a shy, introverted manager and hates publicity. :97:

I'd use the word with, rather than under, by the looks of it.
