Owen Coyle now in to 2nd fav with the bookies, Safe to say going by the bookies odds over the last week they know * all.. But its looking as if were gonna be given the same excuse when we miss out on transfer targets, "we tried for x y and z, but owen coyle was the correct man for the job as he is so and so and the club will give them there full backing as will "the best and most loyal fans in the whole of the universe" (insert fans saying aye mibi he is right blah blah).
Celtic fc has an abition of becoming an even bigger player on the european game and with owens insight and experience in the most glamourous league ever created, im sure that will rub off on the coaching staff, players and most important of all, our glorious and fantastic fanbase across the globe.
Please get behing the hoops for the up and coming season and back your heros in scotland and europe. Season tickets now on sale contact the ticket office for further information
There ye go peter ya dirty judas * i have wrote your statment for you, please insert and amend the lies as you please..

Its a * joke how the celtic family is made a * right out off, and yet because our love for the team, we let this board get away with treating us like * for them to turn a profit.
I understand we have a limit and a budget we work with, but come on to * the fans are what make this club, and your * all over them with this *.
LISTEN TO THE PEOPLE and take the club in the right step rather than regressing to another * era of football. We dont ask for much ffs! play the youths, keep some players on a extra years deal, buy 1 good player rather than 6 average ones and try build a team for the future, Albeit sell if we need to but not a whole spine in a * season..

All this is purely based on ma thought if owen coyle gets the job btw :smiley-laughing002: other than that its all good lol.

Speculate away. I think some people are panic a little too much thinking the new manager will be from the Newspaper/Bookie list. I will only start to worry when they make an announcement. Personally I do not think it will be from the list of managers being speculated on.

Disapointed with Keane tbh. If he ends up at Villa as number 2...

I can still see it being someone who hasn't even been talked about.

I would be happy with Steve Clarke if that was to happen. Glad Keane is no longer in the running though. Can't stand the guy.

Aye, the Celtic manager's job is up for grabs and, shock horror, the fans are speculating about it daily. Total * embarrassment man.

I can see why the Scottish media would laugh at fans speaking about who might manage their club. Every day too!! What a riddy!!!!

Get a grip mate. If it's so tiresome what are you doing posting in here? :celt_2:

Some fans are so desperate to cast the club in a bad light, for the simplest of non reasons. Baffling.

    Agreed.

Every fan should have an interest in what is going on at Celtic. Be it new signings, new managers, new board members other instances which shape the club.

You can see what happens when people just bury heads in the sand and let any Tom,* and Harry ride roughshod with a club.

Voted 'other' simply because I have no idea who the new gaffer will be - and I wouldn't be surprised if it was someone we've never heard of before!

    Blank Czech anyone? :icon_mrgreen:

Yes.......to all my fans, I'm back. Greetings to all.

Not too sad he's not coming. Remember though, managing Celtic will never make you a fortune compared to assistant manager at Villa. He will probably get 3 or 4 times the Celtic salary at Villa, and Lambert takes all the pressure ? No brainer.
Add his TV punditry, mainly down south, and you can understand his choice.....not to mention the biscuit tin !!

Looking forward to fresh debates with all.

I'd be happy with Steve Clarke, although my bet on Laudrup will be going down the drain.
