    i like samaras alot i don't know why. i think he suits his scruffy looks yous are talking about, he needs to concentrate more and find the goal more often. he misses to many sitters too but i like him for some reason

    to be honestwe cant afford to lose anymore players our squad is small enough as it is, why sell if we dont need to, sell in the summer now if we want to bring in more, samaras will do a job for celtic,like i said when hes on form hes unstoppable

    I'd keep sammy,,he needs to play with a penalty box strike partner to get the best out of him,,sadly so does fortune so it will be one or the other and i'd imagine with fortunes price tag he will be the starter..Sammy will be benched at the weekend I think and big razz will take his place.

    :56: good shout mate,but i think mcgeady is absolute quality.defo one o our best players!garuanteed when mcgeady leaves he will be sorely missed! cant be said about sammy,if he were to leave...IMHO

    granted mcgeady might might have had a few bad games but on his game hes turned some of the best defenders in the world inside out in the champions league! remember what puyol said about him?! among others. cant remember too many pros talking about sammy in the same way! :bbpd:

    samaras is * end off! the most frustrating player ive ever watched he seems to run with the ball straight into tackles when an easier pass is on and then just looks into the sky with this stupid look as if it wasnt his fault he lost the ball,poor control,cant finish sitters and for such a tall guy is weak in the air ok he scored a few goals but only because its a * leauge and i know we cant go out and buy big names as thats the market were in but i just dont rate the guy difinitely wud not start games with him maybe better coming on last 25, 20mins impact sub like his first season. its only my opinion!

    Very frustrating player. His workrate is not up for question imo, and he pitches in with his share of goals, but, the frustrating part is the chances he squanders.

    Looking back over most games this season where we have dropped points, Samaras has missed a bundle of chances (as well as Fortuné) that could have made the difference.

    I'd keep him, but not as an out and out striker.
