Who do you think is our best player?

So far more people have voted for Samaras than Hooper??? that is genuinely disturbing.

 

Best player - Joe Ledley.
Most talented player - Emilio Izaguirre.

 

Besides the goals he have scored he has been one of the worst players in the team recently

 

A forward scoring goals is a forward doing his job. He's done well on the whole this season and FAR more than bone-idle Sammy bhoy.

 

biram kayal. best all round midfielder in the country. mulgrew, ledley and izzy all run him close though.

 

Kayal for me as well, thought we really missed him on Sunday.

 

Kayal, technically good and leads by example. I also think ledley, wanyama, and ki play better alongside kayal than they do with eachother. Izzy 2nd.

 

Beram Kayal & Georgios Samaras are by far the most talented players in our team.

Samaras has now introduced more consistency to his play to go along with his undoubted talent and if he keeps this up i can see a big side coming in for him - same with Kayal although his injury problems would perhaps curtail that.

People that are saying Ledley & Mulgrew,etc are taking the pish. Yes they are consistent and decent but are no where near the natural ability and talent of Kayal & Samaras.

 

Hooper's form of late has been terrible to be honest. Samaras over the last few months has been doing great. I don't think Sammy's our best player, but he's far better than Hooper at the moment. He's built up a lot more confidence and has been playing top notch recently. If you'd asked me half a year ago I'd have said Hooper though in a heartbeat.

 

Sammy for me, if we could get guys to feed him the ball on the break fast play. slow play and you will end up like as if you where running up a steep hill. given defensive teams a greater amount of time to get back and defend, our own play opens us up If we use wing backs when there are only 2 up front, who in turn are as far apart as they can get, on a playing field, with wing back play there should be at least 5 attackers in the box and that's not happening.

 

On his game? Izzy by a mile! hard choice between him a BK for me though

 

I see kayal is a popular choice but would'nt be mine cannot get over his disgraceful performance at kilmarnock and Hooper likewise.I like honest players so would go for Brown,Ledley or Mulgrew with a special mention for samaras ans forest.

 

Rogne for me. Better player than Mulgrew. He has brought stability to our defence especially from corners. At the other end he has the reverse effect. Now when we get a corner there is a possibility we could score.

There's no doubt that he's the sort of player that could put in bad performances due to his attitude, unlike Joe Ledley. I just made my choice on the assumption we're talking about our players being fully fit, happy and on form.

 

a fully fit and on form Kris Commons.....like he was when he arrived....is by far our best player. at the moment he may well have been abducted and we are watching owen archdeacon in a Kris Commons suit......joking aside...mulgrew has been great all season apart from two abysmal performances at Ibrox.

 

Big Fraser in the nets how many times this season has he made a important save , you cant have a bad game in the nets because your the last line of defence so i say big foster..

 

these polls would be different every couple of months. samaras has got more votes than hooper and stokes together.
