    voted for Forrest but it is very hard to choose between him, Kayal, and Izzy. When on form Samaras is our most talented player imo but he isn't consistent enough.

    I would say our best player is the one that could play at the highest level right now and not look out of place, and I would say Izaguirre is the only one, Kayal could probably do a job for any Premiership team as well but only Izaguirre could probably play for Barca or Madrid. On last season's form anyway, it's difficult to pinpoint exactly how good he is at this moment in time but he definitely looked close to getting back up to speed on Sunday.

    For me it's Kayal. He could play in Spain, Italy or Germany.

    Izaguirre of last season and Scott Brown aren't far behind and the likes of Wanyama and Samaras will still improve.

    We need to find out some more about Hooper also. I'm not so sure he's a one behind the striker type player

    If you ever watch him playing at the top level with Greece, he looks stunning at times. That's why I wouldn't argue with Samaras being our most talented player. The run of the mill SPL matches certainly don't suit his style however and he has to improve parts of his game.

    the Kris Commons we saw last year was a great footballer, sadly that is not the true Kris Commons. He is a 28 year old who has never been on form similar to that in the entirety of his career. He had one great year, I wouldn't put money on him having another any time soon. Hope I'm wrong and he has a great next year but I just don't see it.

    Funny that the vast majority are going for Kayal, I love the guy but when he was playing he was getting pelters on here, guess you only appreciate something when it/he's gone right!

    Voted Mulgrew. This season anyway. Really, in the entire world, what other player can fill in at Centre Back, Left Back, Left Midfielder and even Centreal Mid and put in performances like he does. Not to mention that when he is on the field it is a CONSTANT worry for teams knowing they can't give away free kicks basically anywhere in their half because of his left foot.

    Every player in this team has went through a rough patch. Kayals was over fairly quickly and he is our best player.
