Feels more like Tony Mowbray appointment after his disappointing relegation.

See I'd take Carrick but he seems a bit bland personality wise. Think the players (those left) will need lifting and motivated after being led up the garden path by Ange.

Both PSV and Ajax are after Bosz. No chance.

It doesn't fit in the "no chance" category in my opinion, especially compared to some of the other names thrown around. If Ajax make him their priority, I'd agree that would be his primary choice. But in terms of the position Celtic are in right now financially, dominance and Champions League group stage football, it's far from impossible.

Show intent and go get them. At least ask the question. We aspire to to be the best, a big club, the elite or whatever. Then act like like and go for the best you can get.

Exactly. * * man, he wasn't that good ffs. The games against the Huns were turning too, whether people want to admit it or not.

I'm not for one second saying he was scared of Beale or the Huns, of course not. But they were definitely imposing their style over us/him and were arguably the better team for most of the last 3 fixtures.

I agree with this. I feel we are an attractive proposition right now and we should try and use it.

Absolutely, now more so than ever.

There are of course managers who are realistically "out of our league" but I don't think someone like Bosz fits into that category.

We're in as good a position as we've been in a long time, arguably one of the strongest positions we've been in overall in our history.

Honestly if Kennedy has an opportunity to go with Ange he should take it. He's still young and has a lot to learn. I'd be impressed if he took that move now and wish him all the best.

The odds on skybet over the last two hours have been wild. Bookies must love the new manager betting.

Aye Marsch gave off heavy clueless, shitebag vibes to me at them..

Fair point on Potter but their recruitment was mental. I don't know any manager that would've got a tune out of Chelsea this season..

Kennedy is an interesting one. I definitely don't think he should get it but maybe the board might think he's ready now..

When he was in charge after Lennon it's hard to judge as we were finished in the league and during covid in a toxic environment where loads wanted out..

He's probably learnt loads off Ange and day to day/training etc wouldn't change. It would be as you were..

Would still be a big risk though and we don't really need to gamble. We're in a great position and financially flush. We can and should be looking to push the boat out for that next level type coach..

Paddy Power and Befair now having David Moyes in the 8/11 range is not a pretty sight.

Obviously, they could very well know nothing.

Rodgers and Marsch odds shortening on the exchanges.

Send Kennedy with Ange, on the condition he can't take Kyogo. Gavin Strachan can go as well. I'd keep Kewell.

I'm in the same boat as you regarding Kennedy's first managerial stint, he had to take over an atrocious squad that had basically given up after Lennon done his damage, so I won't judge him on that.

Despite that, he has to cut his teeth elsewhere first, whether that's Hibs/Hearts or a lower EFL team after his gig at Spurs.

Don't think we'll appoint him tbh, if he was even slightly being considered I think we'd hear something by now, I fully trust Nicholson to appoint the right man, he's got little wrong so far.

I think we'd win the league under Moyes and maybe get some decent results in Europe..

The football would be dire though. Would be a bit depressing going from Ange to him, although he's a better manager than a lot will give him credit for..

He needs to be a manager elsewhere first. He might be a cracking coach but I'm not convinced if he's got it to be a manager

I caned him for it as well but looking back....he was * whatever he did..

He played the same system and mostly the same side....but that was probably deliberate..

Yep. Has to go and do his own thing first..

I don't think Nicholson or the board in general will * this up. I genuinely don't. We're still in a good place..
