    It's gonna be John Kennedy. Was warning folk it'd be him as interim when folk were whining about us dropping points towards end of the season but I reckon it's confirmed full time. Strap yerselves in.

    A 5 year plan to reach a European final? This brings up just how weird it is going to be as Celtic fan thinking about Europe after next year. Next year is the last year for the 3rd-place parachute. We aren't winning the CL in the next 5 years with our budget, even if the new manager is Pep himself. So if we reach a European final (obviously good), it means the Huns will have won the league the previous year (obviously bad). How should we feel about this?

    We should have a 5-year plan to reach the level of Benfica, Ajax and Porto (obviously that level varies quite widely from season to season due to their model; but in general, they are a couple of levels above where we are now). Then when we actually get to that level, we can try to go beyond it. Actually WINNING the CL is a couple of levels up from that. I think it is almost certainly impossible until the current bubble bursts.
