    Agree totally why are we not approaching guys who are in a job and won a league or a cup are we that * tight we don't want to pay compensation and just looking at coaches who are unemployed or a assistant.

    That the Celtic boards job with their football knowledge at hand to look at managers in the UK and abroad at least Ang had a track record of winning things and a well done to the board for that and now they need to do it again.

    I've been harping on about it since he was first linked but I really do think Maresca will do very well here if appointed.

    Players at Parma seemingly loved him, principled, good tactician, speaks about 5 or 6 languages fluently. For me the big question mark is the mentality and ability to handle pressure. If he can do that well I'm excited to see the football he gets us playing (if he takes over).
