Watched Fortun'e today and his work rate was immense, the two goals he scored were very well executed, the ones he missed were very poor, but overall he has added a threat that Celtic lacked in the last few seasons, and he does pull defenders all over the place creating space for others (Maloney benifited today) overall, I think he is a good buy.

Anyone know what happened to N'Guemo today ?

he did well and looked much sharper than macdonald today- he imo was pretty poor.

Mogga didn't want to play him because he wants to rest him ahead of his international games. Good move, I must say.

That's what I thought - but was surprised to hear Mogga say how impressed he was with McDonald. Maybe a wee morale booster, who knows but I certainly thought McDonald was quiet today.

Is suspended for arsenal so probably just giving donati & brown time together ,tbh i thought they we good together however it was only st.johnstone not as if it was arsenal

As for Fortune i thought he had a good game made alot of space for others which became more clear when he left the park & took his goals well, hopefully he can kick on from hear now he has that monkey off his back

I understand your frustration,he has not been at his best but there has been nobody better than him.
He was still the top goal scorer though.
As long as he keeps on scoring he can't be dropped.

    love a good walk on
he wont get us 30 goals a season. he will probs get 15-20 if he stays injury free etc. but he is the type of player that will get 30 assists a season. add it together and its 45-50 goals from 1 player. not bad.

and anyway why does it matter WHO gets the goals aslong as THE TEAM gets them?

I agree! Sure, today he did well, relative to the other games he has played in, at times tho he still looked slow and unsure of himself. But at least he has delivered the goods today.

exactly, he doesn't deserve to play for the hoops these days, let alone wear the number 7 :31:
