    When teachers could throw books and clatter you on the head , and nobody thought it cruel
    Everlasting strips lasted all day Saturday
    Lucky tatties had a toy buried deep inside it , and nobody chocked on it .
    Irn bru only came in glass bottles .
    Angel delight seemed like a miracle
    Woolworths sold hot nuts
    99% of under 16s were virgins .
    We still played with dolls at 13
    if a boy slipped the hand ...you were programmed to yell ...stop it ya durty B.......d

    Milky Ways. They used to have a delicious chocolaty filling the white filling just aint the same.

    lol mon the greenockians! thinking of tally van , we used to have dannys ice up the mavy im sure if i remember there was different sweets being sold from there aswell lol do you remember a tally van that used to drive around it was yellow , well ancient thing,im trying to remember the writing it had on it sure it started with an 'S' :S

    Called it the Tally van in Hamilton. When I was wee we hadd MB monster bars penny whoppers and I am sure you could only get ready salted ( with the wee blue salt bag) and salt and vinegar crisps. :icon_mrgreen:
