    Thats exactly it.

    We are soooo jealous that you got the manager of Swansea, unproven or even tested at the level he's about to manage at.

    Mowbray is more experienced, has been tested in the EPL despite the club just up for a look around, no more, and understands what is required to succeed at Celtic.

    Celtic got who they wanted. Wanting to talk to managers about what is needed to be done at the club doesnt automatically mean a contract offer.
